Customers choose from our existing product types on the website or provide a picture or model of interest. We highly recommend contacting us before placing an order. For personalized support, book a free online session for measurements. Confirming all requirements, including measurements, material, pattern, color, and model, is crucial before production.
Note: We're not limited to what's displayed on the website. Customers have the freedom to choose their options.
Step 2 Confirmation and Tailoring
We confirm material availability, measurements, and the chosen model to the customer, providing pictures for reference. Upon customer approval and payment, we proceed with tailoring your customized product. Typically, it takes a week to complete a suit, pant, and shirt. If you opted for a free gift (beach customized shirt), please note that the lead time may be slightly delayed.
Step 3 Final review and Shipping
Upon completion of stitching by our experienced tailors, we provide pictures of the final output on the mannequin for customer review. Once approved, we securely pack all items and ship them to your address. You'll receive tracking information after shipping confirmation.
Step 4 Feedback and Enjoyment
Please share your feedback on the outfit. We strive for your satisfaction with the quality of stitching and materials, aiming to enhance your wardrobe with a stylish addition. Recommendation: Bulk order discounts
Customers are eligible for high discounts on bulk orders. However, before placing a bulk order, we advise starting with a single suit. This allows for assessing the fitting and making any necessary adjustments. Once satisfied, you can confidently proceed with placing a bulk order.
